Tea Time!

TEA

There are so many different teas out there. Several different base teas and hundreds of different flavors!
I have just recently gotten in to the magical world of loose leaf teas!

I wanted to start a new "series" with you guys on Different types of teas :) I have always been a tea lover. We drink hot tea in the morning and sweet iced tea all day long! So tea has been a big factor in our lives for awhile. I never really realized the health benefits of different kinds of tea. Some of the things my husband and I found while looking up different teas we astonishing!

In these tea blogs I'll share with you what I'm drinking and different drink combos I come up with. Plus, the benefits of the teas I'm drinking and how to steep/drink them properly!

The opener tea of this series and base tea of pretty much my life is
ENGLISH BREAKFAST

Twinings English Breakfast Tea- Bagged (Caffeinated)
Bigelow English Breakfast- Bagged (Caffeinated)

Teavana English Breakfast(High Crown)- Loose leaf (Caffeinated)
This tea is seriously one of my favorite teas. Here is description on the Teavana Website (Capturing posh, purity and pageantry, this hidden treasure of royal lineage raises this most beloved morning black tea to new heights. Each sip unfolds to reveal the complexity of the high grown full leaves. Feel like royalty with this elegantly time-honored classic and add a majestic nod to every cup.

Full-bodied infusion with malty and oaky undertones)

This tea is full bodied and smooth. Even without sugar the tea has a natural sweetness which is what initially drew me in to this tea.

I drink this tea with just a little big of sugar and nothing else.

One of the things that I have found I love about loose leaf tea is the ability to steep it more than once. With the tea bags I could only steep once, but with the loose leaf I have pushed it to its limits! I have found that this specific tea can be steeped twice and have a great full flavor, 3 times and the third is a bit lighter but still taste great!

I can't wait to dig deeper into the beautiful world of tea (hot and cold)!

You guys are always my inspiration for things! If there is a Tea that you think I should try please leave me a comment about it! I am open to anything and everything.
